Receiving proxy error when no proxy/VPN in use [US]

Hi. I am having trouble watching Netflix. I have had it running all day while working on my computer and turned it off when I left home. When I returned home, I watched approx. 30 minutes and then stopped. Now, 3 hours later, I am attempting to watch Netflix and it is telling me I cannot because I am using a proxy/VPN but I am not using either of these services. I have attempted to pull up Netflix on 3 different devices, all with the same message. I called the support line and was told to do a DNS flush. I performed this action through CMD and that did not solve the issue either.

I restarted my phone and my PC, disabled all Chrome extensions (I only have Google Docs, RES, and Ublock), tried using different browsers, forced logged out of all accounts and then logged back into my PC, did a DNS flush, and reset my router.

After this I opened up a support chat and after explaining the whole situation, the guy “David” from Netflix told me the error code I was seeing is consistent with using or having used a proxy/VPN/unblocker/whatever. I told him I’ve never used one of these services (and I wasn’t lying) and he said that he would look into the issue and then be back with me in a “hot minute.” He then cancelled the chat session and I no longer have the option to select the chat service from their support page. It now says my browser does not support the chat function.
